How to link a device to Novapago account

Before you can use the authenticator to sign in and approve transactions, you need to link it to your Novapago account.

You can only link your device to ONE Novapago account. 

When you are signed in to your account, select your profile in the top right corner.

Under "My Profile and Settings" you have the opinion to select "Security" in the menu.

You will now have to press "Add authentication device"

This will display a pop-up with a QR-code and a code. If you have the ability to scan the QR-code, this is the easier option. The code can be entered manually to add the device as well.

Instructions for the app

When you open the app, please press the menu button and select "Link account"

You will now get the option to select if you wish to scan the QR code on the screen or if you want to enter the code manually.

Your account has now been linked with the app and can be used to sign in and approve transactions.
If you don't receive a code in the app, please restart the authenticator.
