How to make a transfer to another Novapago user
To transfer cryptocurrency to another Novapago user you need to be signed in to your account. How to sign in.
Please select "My wallets" in the left menu.
At the bottom of the page, you have a list of your wallets. After each cryptocurrency, there is three dots.
Select the currency you wish to send and click the three dots for that currency. This will display a pop-up where you can select the option "Send"
There you get to fill in either the Wallet address, nickname, or email of the person you want to send the money to.
Please make sure the information is correct or the money risks being transferred to the wrong user.
Adding a note is optional.
You will also have to enter the amount you wish to transfer. This can be done either by entering the amount in the selected currency or in EUR and the conversion will be done automatically. When all the information has been entered click "Send"
Another pop-up will be displayed where you can check that all the transaction details are correct before you authorize the transaction.
Please verify that the information is correct and if the details are wrong click "No". If the details are correct and you wish to proceed with the transaction click "Yes" and authorize the transaction with a Multi-factor authentication code sent to your email.
