How to transfer cryptocurrency to an external wallet address
To transfer cryptocurrency to an external wallet address you need to be signed in to your account. How to sign in.
Please select "My wallets" in the left menu.
At the bottom of the page, you have a list of your wallets. After each cryptocurrency, there is an option to "Buy/Send"
Select the currency you wish to send and click the button for that currency. This will display a pop-up where you can select the option "Send"
Please enter the wallet address to that you wish to send the cryptocurrency. Make sure the address is correct since entering the incorrect address might result in the loss of your funds.
Also, enter the amount you wish to send. You can enter the amount in either the value of the selected cryptocurrency or the value in EUR and it will be calculated automatically. Once the amount is entered the fee will be displayed as well as the amount that will be sent to the receiving wallet after the fees have been deducted.
Once you press "Send" you will see another pop-up where you can check the transaction details before you approve the transaction.
Please verify that the information is correct and if the details are wrong click "No". If the details are correct and you wish to proceed with the transaction click "Yes" and authorize the transaction with a Multi-factor authentication code sent to your email.
